Letting Go of Self Criticism: Embracing Our Potential
Discover the peace of mind and freedom that comes from letting go of unhealthy self-criticism and embracing our inner potential. We can often be our own worse critic. This unhelpful inner dialogue can easily prevent us from fully enjoying life and realising our full potential.
In this workshop we will explore how it is always possible to be honest with ourself, but without the unhealthy self-criticism that often comes with that honesty. We will learn meditations and practises for daily life that enable us to recognise and let go of unhelpful self-criticism. Instead we will learn how to connect to a natural and consistent sense of inner peace, joy and freedom within our own mind. This enables us to recognise and identify with the potential for happiness, love and other good qualities that exist within each and everyone of us.
