Normally we respond to problems with frustration, stress and anxiety, but this response actually makes the problem worse. If instead of rejecting the situation we respond with acceptance, we give ourself the space to see the underlying causes of stress and anxiety. It is by addressing these causes that we learn to dance with life’s problems and the difficulties in our life become the means for us to fulfill our deepest wishes for happiness. In this course James will give practical advice and lead meditations on  Buddha’s path of radical acceptance and transformation to combat stress and anxiety.
