Who are we, really? Can we ever really find ourself? What is our self? Buddha taught that understanding the true nature of our self, or ‘I’, is essential if we want to liberate ourself finally from the suffering and pain of limited, negative thinking and come to enjoy the lasting freedom and joy of a wise, liberated mind.

On this half-day course, resident teacher Gen Jigme will explain how we can discover within Buddha’s teachings a liberating wisdom to transform our life and fulfil our deepest wish for happiness and freedom. Everyone is welcome.
