Meditations for Harmonious Relationships

Half Day Meditation Course in Godmersham with Buddhist nun Kelsang Oden

Saturday 15 July | 10am – 1pm

Venue: Godmersham Hall, Canterbury Road, CT4 7DR

Booking Required – Limited Capacity!

Everyone knows that love is essential to happiness. But we often limit the scope of our love to specific people or animals in our life. And then when we can’t be with them or are separated from them, we may suffer.

According to Buddha however, love is something we can experience every day regardless of who you are or aren’t with. Love is a joy-inducing state of mind that we can generate and nurture in our meditation and bring with us into our day. It is called an inner diamond that we can carry in our heart wherever we go, shining it out to all we meet.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

The meditations taught on this course come from the Buddhist tradition, but you don’t have to be a Buddhist to attend the course or practice the meditations. Everyone Welcome!

The Teacher

This half day meditation course will be led by Kadampa Buddhist Nun, Kelsang Oden

Oden is a modern Buddhist nun who has years of experience and presents meditation and Buddha’s teachings in a practical, kind-hearted and inspirational way.
