The Power of Mantra Meditation: Transform Your Mind and Overcome Negativity
Discover the transformative power of mantra meditation in this half-day workshop with Senior Buddhist Teacher Chelvi, designed to calm your mind, strengthen your motivation, and cultivate a heart of compassion. By combining mantra with breathing meditation, you can reduce stress, overcome worry, and unlock inner energy that supports both your mental and physical well-being. This course is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
Through practices like the profound OM AH HUM meditation and other mantra meditations, you will:
- Calm your mind naturally by harmonising breath and inner energy winds (prana).
- Temporarily pacify worries by focusing single-pointedly on your breath.
- Enhance love, compassion, and positive states of mind through mantra recitation.
- Purify your subtle inner energy winds (prana), allowing wisdom and clarity to flow effortlessly. Unbalanced or negative energy winds can keep us stuck in negative states of mind—mantra meditation helps restore balance.
This course offers simple, practical techniques that you can apply any time, even within just five minutes, to overcome anxiety, deepen concentration, and increase your life-supporting energy. Step into a practice that strengthens your heart, purifies your mind, and helps your “Buddha seed” to ripen—far surpassing ordinary meditation.
Held in the beautiful Friends Meeting House, Canterbury (next to Marlow Theatre), the workshop includes light refreshments and an opportunity to meet like-minded people.
Join us to harness the power of mantra and breath for a calmer, more positive, and resilient mind.
