Clear Mind Residential Retreat
Experience the natural peace and clarity that exists within your own heart.
A residential weekend retreat is an ideal opportunity to reflect and establish the basis for positive change.
This weekend summer residential retreat will be guided by KMC Kent Principal Teacher James Baskerville, who has extensive retreat experience. James will guide practical and deceptively simple meditations on Buddha’s psychology of transformation. Through applying these timeless methods, we will learn to let go of any negative minds, such fear, anxiety or insecurity and develop the confidence to bring about the new version of ourself that we have always longed for.
During this weekend, you will learn to access the silence and the clarity of your own mind and experience the tranquillity and transformative quality of the mind’s pure nature allowing you to let go of limiting and painful conceptions and instead progress towards becoming the person we wish to be.
You will also relax in the peaceful setting of The Friars, learn to connect with your heart and with like-minded people, all working together to develop the qualities that really matter.
