Meditation Day  Retreat on Connecting to Your Heart of Peace

Date: Saturday 24 February Time: 10am – 4.30pm

Venue: Wootton Village Hall, Wootton Lane, Wootton CT4 6RP

Take some time out, to step back, relax and experience a calm, clear, spacious mind.

In this day retreat – with Senior Buddhist Teacher James Baskerville – discover how to let go of what’s bothering your mind and experience the clear sky essential nature of your own mind through the practice of a simple and profoundly healing meditation, sometimes called ‘The clarity of the mind’ meditation.

Learn how to use this meditation to connect to the innate peace, joy and vast potential of your own mind for the development of good qualities such as love, kindness, generosity, fearlessness, resilience and so forth.

Discover how this meditation enables us to transform our mind into our greatest ally and in this way open the door to finding ever increasing peace of mind, genuine happiness and inner well-being.

Each session will consist a talk and guided meditation. The final session will conclude with a Q&A.

Relax in the peaceful setting of Wootton, learn to connect with your heart and with like minded people, all working together to develop the qualities that really matter.
