Meditation and the Key to Happiness
Holding on to painful feelings such as stress, anxiety, depression and loneliness causes us much unhappiness and stops us from being able to truly enjoy our life.

In this half day meditation event, Chelvi will take us on inner journey enabling us to discover a natural source of peace and happiness within our own mind. Becoming familiar with this gives us the inner space and tools with which to begin to let go of our painful mental habits.

This will not only empower us to deal more skilfully with life’s daily difficulties, it will open us to the potential for a profound and lasting happiness and inner freedom that exists within us all.

Each session will consist of a talk and guided meditation plus time for Q&A.

This meditation course will be led by experienced Buddhist Teacher Chelvi.

Chelvi has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over twenty years and has engaged in extensive meditation retreats. She is especially known for her clarity, practical and inspirational presentation of Buddha’s teachings. She is also a mother and an ex-palliative care social worker.
