Half – Day Course with James Baskerville
About the course:
We all suffer from fear and anxiety at times in our lives. Our fears can become our limits if we don’t have a constructive way of looking at them and letting them go. They can easily prevent us fully enjoying life. They can stop us moving forward or taking on new challenges that will improve our life and lead to greater fulfilment.
Through gaining experience in meditation and mindfulness we can learn to identify the underlying causes of anxiety
and fear and through these practices gradually develop an inner confidence and fearlessness that can be profoundly life changing.
This half-day course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

30 mins Break with light refreshments
Session 2: 11.45am – 1pm
