About the Course:
Due to habitual ways of thinking and confusion we can find ourself getting stuck in recurring patterns within our work, our relationships and our personal endeavours. Through the correct application of meditation and mindfulness we can identify and unlock limiting emotional responses and instead learn to be truly present in the moment and creative and dynamic in our approach to life.
In this half day course Jampel Buddhist centre’s resident teacher James will reveal the tried and tested wisdom of Buddhist transformative psychology to cut through the unhelpful mental responses developed in the past whether it be the way we reacted to an event that happened yesterday or more ingrained reactions we have accumulated over our whole life.
Through freeing up our mind in this way, not only can we find a new confidence and greater capacity ourself we can also learn how to draw out the best in others. Empowering others by seeing beyond their shortcomings and instead relating to their great potential is one of the greatest kindnesses we can give.
The day will include guided meditations, teachings and time for Q&A.
