About the Course:

The concentration that comes form meditation is peaceful and lucid, free from the clutter of disturbing and often limited conceptions. This space that is created within a peaceful heart is a space of possibility where new ideas can be explored and where we can reinvent our view of ourself, others and our environment for a better world.

In this half day workshop we will explore how we can all use simple traditional meditation practices to improve concentration and experience for ourself the effects of a more creative and open mind, the basis of a healthier and more fulfilling life.

This half-day course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside and the mind becomes still a deep happiness and contentment naturally arise from within.‘  Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
