Life brings many challenges and unexpected situations and we can easily react with painful feelings of stress, worry, anxiety and frustration. Buddha’s teachings explain, how it is possible to heal and transcend our inner pain and enjoy peaceful and positive minds. Through combining meditation and practical Buddhist wisdom we can strengthen our ability to face life’s challenges in a peaceful, positive and constructive way. In doing so, we can transform our challenges and unwanted situations into opportunities for personal growth and development.

In this half day event, you will learn how to increase your self-confidence in transforming life’s difficulties, break reoccurring emotional patterns and find deep happiness from within.
