Karma: creating the life you want

Half-Day Online Meditation Course

Saturday 17 July |10.00am – 1.00pm

Half Day Online Meditation Course with Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden

(Video Catch-Up available for 7 days)

We all want to fully enjoy our life and to be free from problems, but how do we achieve this? To avoid suffering and to experience happiness we need to clearly identify their inner causes.

Through understanding the law of karma, or actions and their effects, we can understand the hidden forces in our lives, purify past negativity and create causes that enable us to change our future and create the life we long for.

In this Saturday half day course, Kelsang Oden will draw on Buddha’s teachings to give clear, practical teachings on karma that anyone can use to take control of their life and create causes for lasting happiness and freedom.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
