Half Day Meditation Course with Nicola Reekie

~ Meditation & positive thinking~

In a world of stress and conflict, meditation offers a fool proof method through which we can find balance and peace from within. Through skilful meditation we can develop the inner resources to approach our life with greater wisdom and strength.

On this half-day course, learn to meditate and discover for yourself the inner peace and happiness that naturally arises when our mind becomes still. This feeling of inner peace helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life, many of our usual problems will fall away and we will feel warm and well disposed towards other people, thereby improving our relationships.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
The meditations taught on this course come from the Buddhist tradition, but you don’t have to be a Buddhist to attend the course or practice the meditations.

The Teacher

This half day course will be led by Kadampa Buddhist Teacher, Nicola Reekie.

Nicola teaches from her own experience and wealth of knowledge, emphasising how to apply Buddhist methods to everyday life with insight and clarity.
