Half Day Meditation Workshop with Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden.

In a world of stress and conflict meditation offers a foolproof method through which we can find balance and peace from within. Through skilful meditation we can develop the inner resources to approach our life with greater wisdom and strength. The meditations taught on this course come from the Buddhist tradition, but you don’t have to be a Buddhist to attend the course or practise the meditations.

This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.

The Teacher

This half-day meditation course will be led by Kadampa Buddhist Teacher, Kelsang Oden.

Oden is a modern Buddhist nun who has many years of experience and presents meditation and Buddha’s teachings in a practical, kind-hearted and inspirational way.
