Love that Heals: Meditations for Harmonious Relationships
In this half-day course, Chelvi will guide us through these profound teachings and show us how to heal our relationships from the inside out.
When: Sat 5th April 2025, 10am to 1pm
Venue: Wye Village Hall, Bridge St, Wye, Ashford TN25 5EA
Why do our relationships and interactions so often lead to a storm of painful emotions? Why does separation from those we love bring such deep grief? And why do even the most promising connections sometimes end in conflict? The answers to these questions lie in Buddha’s teachings on love, desire, and attachment.
Love is a powerful force—capable of healing, transforming, and forgiving. It can gradually dissolve anger and resentment, paving the way for stable and nurturing relationships. Since everything arises from our minds, we have more power than we realize to cultivate peace, happiness, and love, both within ourselves and with others.
In this half-day course, Chelvi will guide us through these profound teachings and show us how to heal our relationships from the inside out. By learning to distinguish between love and attachment, we can approach our relationships with a fresh perspective. This deeper understanding will help us create more harmonious, joyful, and lasting connections, bringing us closer to a state of pure and enduring happiness.
