Foundation Programme
Foundation Programme provides a unique opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of the spiritual path through studying and meditating systematically with a group of like-minded people.
The purpose of the Foundation Programme is to provide a systematic presentation of particular subjects of Mahayana Buddhism and to enable practitioners to deepen their knowledge and experience of Buddhism.
Pure happiness can only be attained through developing our mind…Through improving our qualities of love, compassion and wisdom we can gradually eliminate all our suffering and problems, and eventually attain the everlasting joy of full enlightenment..
