A Place of Peace in Our Turbulent World

Sunday 12 July | 4:00pm – 6:00pm | Friends Meeting House, Canterbury

This is more than a building project.

It is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a lasting legacy of peace, wisdom, and compassion that will benefit countless people across Kent and beyond for generations to come.

We are delighted to invite our community to a very special afternoon where, for the first time, James Baskerville KMC Kent’s Resident Teacher, Project Lead and Architect, will share the vision for KMC Kent’s new permanent home and how, together, we can help create a lasting legacy of peace, wisdom and compassion for generations to come.

Our vision is to create a permanent Centre for Meditation, Learning and Community—a welcoming place where people can discover inner peace, build meaningful connections, and learn practical methods for living with greater wisdom, compassion and joy.

Whether you have been part of KMC Kent for many years or have only recently discovered our classes, we would love you to come along and be part of this exciting next chapter.
