Painful emotions such as stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness can weigh heavily on our hearts, preventing us from fully enjoying life. During this half-day course, Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden will gently guide us through Buddha’s profound wisdom to help us understand, reduce, and ultimately let go of the negative emotions that cause us suffering.
Through the practice of Buddhist meditation, we will:
- Explore and understand the nature of painful feelings
- Recognise that our emotions are not as fixed or solid as they appear
- Begin to break free from harmful habits and the grip of past pain
- Cultivate positive mental states that bring lasting peace, happiness, and emotional freedom
Join us for a transformative half day of inner discovery, learning how to navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and joy.

This half day workshop will be led by Kadampa Buddhist Teacher Nicola.
