Meditations for Joy, Clarity, and Spiritual Transformation
Buddha’s Sutras give us a clear and inspiring roadmap to Enlightenment—a journey full of meaning, joy, and transformation. But it’s in Buddha’s Tantric teachings that we find a special alchemy, a way to travel this path more quickly and skillfully.
Each of us has our own inner roadmap, made up of chakras, channels, and inner winds. By learning to navigate these, we can accelerate our spiritual development and experience deeper states of clarity, joy, and bliss.
In this course, a Senior Buddhist Teacher Chelvi will guide us through:
- Understanding how our inner chakras and channels work
- Meditations to help us become familiar with our own inner roadmap
- Practical ways to connect with the mind of great bliss
This course is also a perfect preparation for anyone attending the Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments at this year’s International Summer Festival. Whether you’re new to these teachings or have practiced for years, this course will offer practical guidance and meditations to help you experience your mind in a new and joyful way.
The Teacher
This half day course will be led by senior Kadampa Buddhist teacher Chelvi Mailvaganan.
Chelvi has been a Kadampa Buddhist for over 22 years. She is a mother and social worker, specialising in end of life care.
Meditation has helped transform and heal many aspects of Chelvi’s life. She teaches from her own experience and wealth of knowledge, emphasising how to apply Buddhist methods to everyday life with insight and clarity.
